Two New Cooking Classes
Cooking Demos and Tastings at the Payson Farmer's Market
First, I just want to say a big Thank You to everyone who came to my recent Buddha Bowl and More Cooking Class (we had two due to demand) and the Webinar on Strategies for Transitioning to a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle. The the feedback was great for all three events. Most of you requested more cooking classes, so we have scheduled two different classes.
Summer Sensations Cooking Class on July 23rd and Italian Festival on October 8th

On July 23rd, from 11:00am to 1:00pm we will have our Summer Sensations Class. This class will include two appetizers that can also be a main course along with a delightful desert. You will also learn a new cooking technique for tofu that can be used for all different types of flavor profiles.
OnOctober 8th from 11:00am to 1:00pm we will have our Italian Festival Class. This class will include a great way to make a plant powered appetizer, pizza and several other Italian delights. In addition, it will include a delectable dessert.
Both classes will be held at Shanti Omstead Organic Farm in Gisela.
Save the date: June 18th, July 16th, August 20th, and September 17th. I'll be doing cooking demos with tastings at the Payson Farmer's Market.
Cooking Demo and Tastings at Payson Farmer's Market
Once again, I will be cooking mushrooms for Arizona Mushroom Company at the Payson Farmer's Market in the Sawmill Theatre Parking Lot. I'll be there on June 18th, July 16th, August 20th, and September 17th. In addition, I will be creating a Farm to Table dish each week. Tastings of the mushrooms and Farm to Table Dish will be available. The Farmer's Market demos are from 8am till 12noon. Come by, visit, and taste. There are so many wonderful vendors at the Farmer's Market.
