Oh, it is my favorite time of the year! I love Thanksgiving, it is a time of year where family and friends gather around a wonderful meal with the focus on gratitude. So what are you grateful for this year?
Well, I am grateful for my family, my health, and my wonderful life. My transition to a plant based lifestyle has allowed my to release excess weight that I had carried for years, increased my endurance and energy, improved my health.
This Thanksgiving, I will be sharing a wonderful meal with friends and family. Some who are plant based and some who are not. So how do I handle this? I offer to bring a couple of yummy plant based dishes that everyone will enjoy.
