Thank you to everyone who came to the Garlic Festival last Saturday at Plant Fair Nursery. It was wonderful having Ram Khalsa and Rich Johnson talking about all the tricks of getting a great garlic harvest and I had fun making samples of my favorite hummus recipe and discussing some garlic cooking tips. Below, I am sharing the handout with everyone who missed the event and the hummus recipe. Have fun integrating this healthy plant into your cooking.
