Comfort Foods - Plant Based Delights

SOLD OUT!!!!  Thank you to everyone who registered. This class is at Shanti Omstead Organic Farm, just 15 miles south of Payson. In this class we will explore techniques for making creamy and crunchy plant based comfort foods.  You will learn wonderful techniques, enjoy samples as we cook, and at the end we will sit down together and enjoy all the dishes we prepared.  Farm tours are available after the class.
